Hold onto your pastry cutters, folks- we just took home the
Champion Free From Product award at this year’s
Taste of the West! Our
Gluten-Free Venison & Port Pie smashed it out of the park, earning the ultimate crown for being the best Free From product in the whole of South West England. 🎉
Imagine succulent, locally sourced venison, smoky bacon, earthy mushrooms, and a rich splash of port gravy, all cozied up in a perfectly golden, gluten-free pastry 😋With these decadent festive flavours, it’s no wonder this pie stole the show! 🦌🍷
As usual, the whole Baked Kitchen was crucial for this win! The award-winning recipe was thought up by our co-founder Simon and then baked to perfection by Chef Matt and the pastry team 🧑🍳 Here's a photo of us and all the other champions celebrating this awesome achievement at the Awards Ceremony just to prove how stoked we are about it!!
