Can I freeze your products?

Yes all our products can be kept frozen for up to a year.

How much is postage and packaging?

Delivery costs £4.95 for orders up to £35.00 and are made by DPD.  Orders over £35.00 are FREE. Please see our shipping page for further information including areas we do not ship to.

Are your products wheat free?

Yes they are.

I am also dairy and lactose intolerant, can you help?

Yes! A lot of our range is also lactose free as well, check the list for more details.

I live in Northern Ireland, can I get a delivery?

Sorry we can only ship to the mainland UK.

Do you ship anywhere within the United Kingdom

We can ship to most locations, however we can't get next day deliveries to parts of the Scottish Highlands and outer isles.

When will my order will be with me?

Once you place your order we will email you once we have scheduled a delivery day, on the day of delivery you will receive a email or text (if you have provided a mobile telephone number) to advise you of a one hour delivery slot via the DPD notification system.

I am not going to be in at the time, can I get my parcel left somewhere safe?

Yes, this can be done via the DPD notification message you will receive.

How are my savoury items sent?

To keep your frozen or chilled items are sent in temperature controlled insulated boxes packed with ice blocks.

Is my transaction safe?

We use Shopify Payments and PayPal to protect your security - it ensures that your financial transaction is conducted using a secure connection.

Does it cost any more to pay using PayPal?

You will not be charged any extra for using PayPal. The PayPal transaction charges are paid by us - you will only pay any usual charges associated with using your Credit or Debit card through any high street store.

I have other food intolerance's, how can I find out which products I can have?

Can I order by phone?

We are a small team, and not always in the office. If you have problems placing an order on the site, drop us and email with the best contact number and we will do our best to help.
